Card not found errors

"Card not found" errors occur when you try to access a card that has been deleted, moved, or that you don't have permission to view.

Common causes

  • The card was deleted by the creator or an admin

  • You're using an old or expired link

  • The card belongs to a different workspace you're not part of

  • Your permissions changed (e.g., you were removed as a contributor)

How to fix it

  1. Check that you're logged in to the correct workspace

  2. Ask the card creator or admin if the card still exists

  3. Request a new invitation link if you need to sign the card

  4. Contact support if you believe you should have access

If you received an invite link via email, check that you're clicking the most recent one. Older links may have been replaced.
