Setting up your company workspace

Your company workspace is where your team creates and manages cards. Set it up once, then invite admins to help manage contacts, billing, and settings.

Create your workspace

  1. Sign up and complete the onboarding flow

  2. Enter your company name and basic details

  3. Upload your company logo (optional)

  4. Configure default settings for cards and branding

Before you begin: You'll need admin access to configure workspace settings.

Workspace settings

Access workspace settings to manage:

  • General settings — Company name, logo, default card preferences

  • Team members — Invite admins and manage permissions

  • Integrations — Connect Slack or other tools

  • Billing — Manage your plan and payment details

Switching workspaces

If you belong to multiple companies, switch between workspaces using the company selector in the navigation.
