Inviting and managing admins

Workspace admins can manage settings, billing, contacts, and integrations. Invite trusted team members to help manage your Smiile workspace.

Invite an admin

  1. Go to Settings → Team or Admins

  2. Click Invite Admin

  3. Enter their email address

  4. Click Send Invitation

They'll receive an email to accept the invitation and gain admin access.

Admin permissions

Admins can:

  • Manage company settings and branding

  • Add, edit, and remove contacts

  • Connect and configure integrations

  • Manage billing and subscription plans

  • Invite or remove other admins

Admins have full access to your workspace. Only invite people you trust.

Remove an admin

Click the admin's name in the team list and select Remove Admin. They lose admin permissions immediately but can still use Smiile as a regular contributor.
