Why am I seeing an upgrade prompt?
If you see an upgrade prompt when creating cards or inviting contributors, you've reached a limit on your current plan.
What the prompt means
Your plan has limits on:
Number of cards you can create per month
Number of contacts you can store
Access to premium features like integrations or custom branding
The prompt appears when you hit one of these limits.
What to do
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current usage
Review available plan tiers and features
Upgrade to a higher plan to continue creating cards
If you're close to a monthly limit, wait until the next billing cycle when limits reset, or upgrade immediately.
Free plan limits
Free plans typically allow a limited number of cards and contacts. Check your billing page for exact limits and when they reset.
