Why am I seeing an upgrade prompt?

If you see an upgrade prompt when creating cards or inviting contributors, you've reached a limit on your current plan.

What the prompt means

Your plan has limits on:

  • Number of cards you can create per month

  • Number of contacts you can store

  • Access to premium features like integrations or custom branding

The prompt appears when you hit one of these limits.

What to do

  1. Go to Settings → Billing to see your current usage

  2. Review available plan tiers and features

  3. Upgrade to a higher plan to continue creating cards

If you're close to a monthly limit, wait until the next billing cycle when limits reset, or upgrade immediately.

Free plan limits

Free plans typically allow a limited number of cards and contacts. Check your billing page for exact limits and when they reset.
