How to invite people to sign a card

Invite teammates to add their messages and signatures to your card. You can invite from your contacts, share a link, or use a QR code.

Invite contributors

1. Open your card in the editor or from the card list

2. Click Invite Contributors

3. Choose your invitation method:

   • Select from contacts

   • Share an invite link

   • Generate a QR code

4. Send the invitation to your team

Track who's signed

View the contributor list to see who has signed and who hasn't responded yet. Send reminders to contributors who haven't added their message.
