Managing your company contacts
Your company contacts are the people you can invite to sign cards and send cards to. Keep this directory up to date for smooth card creation.
View your contacts
Navigate to Contacts from the dashboard to see your team directory. Search, filter, or browse all contacts.
Add or edit contacts
Add manually — Click Add Contact and enter name and email
Import via CSV — Upload a spreadsheet with team details
Sync from Slack — Import your Slack workspace members automatically
To edit a contact, click their name and update details like email, role, or team.
Organize contacts into teams or departments to quickly invite the right people to cards.
Remove contacts
Delete outdated contacts to keep your directory clean. Removing a contact doesn't affect cards they've already signed.
