Removing the Slack integration

Disconnect Slack from Smiile if you no longer need the integration.

Disconnect Slack

1. Go to Settings → Integrations

2. Find Slack in your connected integrations

3. Click Disconnect

4. Confirm the action

Smiile stops accessing your Slack workspace immediately. Contacts imported from Slack remain in your directory.

Reconnect later

You can reconnect Slack at any time by following the connection steps again. Your previous settings and contact mappings are restored.
