Sending a card to contacts via email

Email the card directly to the recipient from their contact record.

Send via email

  1. Click Send Card

  2. Select Email to Recipient

  3. Confirm the recipient's email address

  4. Add a personal note (optional)

  5. Click Send

The recipient receives an email with a link to view the card. They can read all messages and see the full design.

The email comes from your company workspace, so recipients know who sent it.

What recipients see

Recipients can view the card, read all contributor messages, and download it as a keepsake. They cannot edit or share it.
